Wow just read this when I went to see more afghan pictures! That's really interesting! LOL about the results (and I fall in that category.. I don't want to know about numbers and would think it doesn't taste as good.. LOL).. VERY interesting stuff! More people should read about it!

Thanks! I was so glad that I chose this subject for my dissertation since I still find it interesting even after a couple of years of working with it.
